Guinness Ice Cream Homemade (From FireChef...
Ingredients:
1 cup whole milk
1 cup heavy cream
2/3 cup guinness stout(this if you like the bitter flavor)if not use draught.
2 Tblsp. molasses
2 tsp. honey
1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
4 egg yolks
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. vainilla extract
Make sure your kitchenaid icecream bowl attachement has been in the freezer for at least 15 hours.
Heat the cream and milk to a boil, set aside to cool
